• Use new font - include dashboard and default theme
• Support IPV6 ip to comment - change coment table IP column default length from 15 to 39
• New theme CSS - more beautiful?.
• Update 304 for post page - add latest comment date to the latest modify list 
• Upgrade update function - more reliable.
